Checking the acceptance of the queen

Order number:C 9950
Description:In the clip a woman beekeeper demonstrates the measures that are necessary (or could be required) after bee colonies, which have just been established, have already spent a week at their new site. The woman beekeeper monitors the acceptance of the new queen, which was allocated to the colony during shook swarm formation (queening check). If the supply of honey-bee forage in the surroundings of the newly formed bee colonies is inadequate, they must be given supplementary nutriment in the form of liquid feed. This clip also documents this procedure.
