| Inhalt: | When there is a good supply of pollen and nectar, the honey space in bee colonies'' hives must be enlarged. This is achieved by placing an enlargement frame (super) onto the beehive. After a few shots of blossoming orchard meadows and bees collecting pollen and nectar from various flowers, this clip primarily documents the placement of an enlargement super and provides information on their being fitted with honeycombs. In the same operational step the beekeeper takes the first measures to combat possible infection of the bees by Varroa mites: the sealed drone brood is removed.
